LiteSys Truck Mounted Changeable Message Sign + Programmer

I am selling two LiteSys Truck Mounted Changeable Message Signs model 1020A4. I am not sure if either work but with both you most likely have enough parts to get one going if they don’t work. This would be a great business opportunity for someone to rent them out. Or use for your business to guide customers. I just don’t have time to deal with them currently. These usually retail for around $14,500 each new. And here is a link to one on eBay (https://www.ebay.com/itm/185890715726) that does not work and they are asking $4500. So I would like to sell these two for $500 OBO. I am located in Canyon Lake, TX, where you will need to pick up and load your purchase. Bring help to load; they are heavy.
