Meet the Owner: Billy Sansone

Behind the magic is our owner, Billy Sansone — a self-taught restaurateur whose dedication to the craft has never wavered. While Billy never attended formal culinary school, his passion for the hospitality industry and commitment to excellence have guided every decision since day one. His philosophy is simple:

"If you love something enough, you’ll work at learning and perfecting it."
